This e-learning micro course is for leaders, managers, and all those who still carry the unspoken burden of needing to “know it all.”
This self-paced online course provides you with powerful skills to guide groups through uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity, embracing Curiosity as a Leadership Strength.
You will learn to:
Design and articulate open-ended questions that effectively shift the ownership of the
solution from the facilitator to the group.
Use a centering practice such as a brief pause or check-in question, to name and normalize
ambiguity or tension in the room, ensuring your team feels safe even when answers don’t
exist yet.
Apply simple techniques, such as Liberating Structures, to help people make sense of
different perspectives and identify shared patterns and insights when the path ahead is
unclear.
Create a testable, small-scale experiment (an "Option" or "Idea") and a clear feedback
mechanism that enables rapid learning, rooted in the Lean Change approach.
